Premium Landscaping & Garden Transformations in Leeds

Extend your living space outdoors with high-quality landscaping and hardscaping. At Stone Corner Renovations, we design and construct premium porcelain patios, durable block paved driveways, and modern slatted timber fencing across Roundhay, Alwoodley, Horsforth, and Chapel Allerton.

A successful garden transformation relies on robust engineering beneath the surface. We provide complete site excavation, lay high-performance geo-textile membranes, install heavily compacted type-1 sub-bases, and manage surface water drainage using linear channels and soakaways. Whether you want to replace a tired lawn with a contemporary multi-level porcelain patio, build structural timber sleeper planters, or lay a clean block paved driveway, our master builders ensure a flawless finish.

We work closely with you to choose materials that match your home's aesthetic, from rustic Indian sandstone to ultra-durable, easy-to-clean outdoor porcelain slabs. All our timber boundaries are built using pressure-treated wood to guarantee longevity against the elements.

Landscaping & Driveway FAQs

Frequently asked questions about our planning, design, and delivery processes

Do I need planning permission for a new driveway?

No planning permission is required if the driveway is constructed using a porous surface (like gravel, permeable block paving, or resin) or if the run-off water is routed to a lawn or border to drain naturally. If you construct a non-permeable driveway over 5 square meters without natural drainage redirection, planning permission may be required. We design all driveways to be SUDs compliant.

What are the benefits of porcelain paving?

Porcelain is extremely popular because it is virtually non-porous. This prevents moisture, grease, oil, and organic stains from absorbing, making it highly resistant to algae and green mould. It is also completely frost-resistant, slip-rated (R11 minimum for outdoors), and retains its colour without fading over time.
